We bill weekly for our rental rates a week in arrears. We bill monthly for our leases a month in advance with mileage in arrears. All invoices have a net term of 10 days and our centralized accounting team will send an email to confirm the payment amount before charging the payment method provided upon approval.

Normal wear and tear on tires are covered by Palmer Leasing Group. Any tire damage caused by direct impact or neglect will be the responsibility of the customer.
We are closed but do have representatives available 24/7 to answer any questions or schedule service.
We can do them for you if trip logs and receipts are provided. Otherwise, you would need to provide a hold harmless form and file your own on our unit.
Our policy is that your DOT has to be active for at least a year. Having an established history of at least a year helps reduce the risk of default or other operational issues.
