Warranty Information & Policies

Warranty is up to the OEM/supplier (Kenworth). It is based off in-service date, miles, and engine hours.

Replacement parts must be paid for by the customer. Warranty will file a claim, and if the claim is approved and paid, the customer will receive reimbursement via the method of payment used in the prior transaction.

If the damage is catastrophic, your truck will be towed to the nearest certified Kenworth dealer. Truck tow only (no split tows), and failure must be warrantable. (6 months or 100,000 miles)
